Nothing really. Very much satisfied with the work. There was one traffic area I think could of been cleaned a little better. Technician was great, friendly and was easy to converse with. I have a friend who I normally go with but I just thought maybe your company would do better but I honestly don’t see much difference. Thank you.

After purchasing a home with light colored tile and brown grout, we saw inside the pantry that the grout was actually a much lighter color. We were very happy with the great results achieved by ZeroRez’s nonabrasive cleaning of the tile floor and restoration of the original grout color. In another room we had ZeroRez apply a new grout color that enhanced the appearance of the entire room.

We also had ZeroRez clean 12 upholstered dining chairs and two large rooms with very light colored carpeting. The results were excellent! We have highly recommended ZeroRez to many neighbors and friends.

Scheduling was efficient. The technician was professional. However, while the rug is very clean, it now has ripples and waves in it. It's fully dry and it still hasn't gone down. I don't understand why cleaning it created this issue.

Everyone was professional. There was a lot of dog urine in the carpet and from what I can tell he got it all out. However, I do think more time should have been spent extracting the water. The carpet was still really wet. My concern is that he got of the urine pulled out since the carpet was really wet when he left.

Dried quickly and the techs took precautions to leave everything undamaged and fully clean including bumpers on the corners so the hose wouldn't ding the wall, and mopping their footprints on the way out. Very professional
