I had a great experience getting my air ducts cleaned Trayvon took the time to respect my home using corner guards to protect my walls and explained the process of what he was doing. I’ll only use Zerorez to clean my home
The carpets are dry in several hours, very much improved to past carpet cleaners when the carpet can be wet for a couple days. Very helpful technicians, fast, considerate!!

My carpet looks awesome after the cleaning. The stains were removed that I didn't think would come out. The technician arrived on time, and it only took a little over an hour to clean three rooms and a hallway and no extra charges for pre-treatment. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Carpet looks great and was doing quickly and efficiently!
There were several large areas on the tile that were left with dirty sticky water residue from the rug cleaning and the windows behind the sofa that was cleaned was sprayed with the cleaning product. Hard to get off. Not sure if there was a problem with equipment, but will not go through that again. I called the cleaner Jordon and left him a message to let him know, in case it was an equipment malfunction, but didn't hear back.

I use you and Stanley Steamer to clean my carpets, alternating. My concern is that the day after the cleaning, when I went to vacuum, my vacuum was full of dust and yuck. It just never seems to get clean. And every day after that! I already vacuumed this morning and as usual it fills up with dust/dirt.
This particular cleaning came out of a week of getting my house painted inside/outside with the painters coming in and out with dirty shoes, even though I had multiple rugs and such for them to wipe their shoes.
Having said that, this carpet is OLD and has stains that do not come out. I need to keep this carpet clean until we decide how we are going to change it out.
Where the carpet came out no residue
Your employee Jorge arrived on time after calling to let us know he would be here a little earlier than scheduled.. We toured the house together and agreed on the areas he would clean. He was friendly and professional.When he was done
He gave me a tour of the areas he had cleaned and I was amazed at the difference in the rugs.. They were SO clean! Our carpet is quite old and hasn't been professionally cleaned before. They were cleaner than I expected.
I
was also surprised at how dry the carpet was when he was done. Some of my friends cleanings were wet.
I like how much the technicians care about providing the very best service possible. Colton was our cleaner this time, and he worked very hard to get the best outcome. He was very pleasant to work with and did a great job.
The service was well done and efficient.
My carpets still feel crusty. They dont feel clean at all.
