As always, Zerorez did an outstanding job! Great service, great prices and I will always use Zerores. My carpets look and feel fantastic. I love their ‘Lifter’ machine, it gets all kinds of stuff out of your carpet before they clean. In my case it is a lot of dog hair, it’s amazing. You will love the results. I will not use any other carpet service. I love Zerores!

I'm not sure if it was your product (cleaning solution) or that my area rug was too soiled but it almost looks worse than before you cleaned it. The young man was professional and nice but my rug didn't look very clean. I'm not sure what else can be done. Thanks for wanting feedback for improvement.
It dries faster than most, doesn’t smell moldy afterwards and isn’t crunchy to walk on!!
I liked everything! I had my carpets and tiles cleaned and even the front sidewalk was power-washed to get rid of bird poop! There was no smell from any of the products used except for the nice citrus prep spray in some areas. Everything looks fantastic and my Tech Michelle was outstanding! She was so thorough, polite, and professional and explained everything involved in the process before, during, and after and I couldn't be happier with the results!!

You provide quality services and am pleased with the results with carpet, area rug and tile. The only reason I gave you a 9 is because the technician stopped cleaning my linen sofa after cleaning one side of the first cushion. He said it wasn't reacting well to the water and was streaking. I mentioned that you had cleaned it in the past with good results and that the fabric always darkened when wet. He was afraid to complete the cleaning though and that was disappointing.
The service guy was very helpful to deal with, and did a great job on my carpets, also helping me decide the best options for the best price.
I used Zerorez 2 times and each time I was satisfied. Each time I had a traffic pattern and it cleaned up very nicely. This time I guess the tech used too much water or something but it changed the color on the traffic pattern and there are huge blobs of discoloration. It looks atrocious. I will call on Wednesday (making sure the carpet has completely dried) and hope you will resolve this problem and restore my carpet to an acceptable look.
