The technicians are so friendly and professional, and they do an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They always come out looking new with no residue, which is such a plus for me.

Portions of what they cleaned (after it dried) was fine. Other areas are splotchy and some were never touched . It has been suggested, by 4 people, that I should call and report my issues to you folks. I was quoted a cost of approximately $250, but one guy in charge said it would be over $400 which I paid. Considering the cost, I should be happy with how it looks. I had company coming so was busy preparing for their visit and not available to speak with you since it dried. As it stands now, I would not recommend your company.
