The job seemed rushed. I was sold add ons I'm not convinced were needed. My wife says she can still see a stain we were confident could be removed. For the price I'm of nearly 2X what my normal carpet cleaner charges, I'm now questioning the value.
On cleaning area rugs. You need to be more knowledgeable about what fabric of the area rug can be cleaned without it waving up on the edges. I was told they would flatten down after the rugs dried. They did not.

When I called and set up the appointment. I told them my main issue was pet urine and also told them I'm on the third floor. When the tech got there, he 1) didn't know I was on the third floor and 2) Did not suggest any extraction. Needless to say, the room smells like crap still. I wasted
$175 on something that didn't correct the problem. Also, the carpet feels just like any other carpet cleaner - crispy. I see not difference using zero res, except they were not prepared and did not advise me appropriately. I'm assuming because the tech was rushing. Sounds like my appointment was dumped on him last minute. Very very unhappy.

The carpets looked and smelled worse than prior to the appointment. It looked like less than half of the areas were done. It was a move-out cleaning so they were not able to come back to redo it so the manager issued a partial refund.
Carpet very wet.
This was the first time I have used Zerorez. My carpet is 16 years old and I usually clean the carpets myself a couple times a year, but have noticed that the dirt in the traffic areas doesn't stay clean for very long.
Paul showed up on time and explained how the process works and what he was going to do. He was very professional and answered all our questions. I was very pleased at how the carpet turned out. What I liked the most was what I didn't see when I vacuumed after they dried. Very, very little dirt in the vacuum canister compared to what it usually picks up which tells me Zerorez got out a lot of the dirt.
