Technicians were amazing. Friendly, fast, and the head guy was training and did an amazing job teaching his training while at our house. It was a pleasure to see how much he cared about his job.

We have had Zerorez do our carpets in the past. This time we did carpets and tile. The carpet cleaning was fine and looks great. The tile, let's just say I was disappointed as it did not meet my expectations. I would have liked to have known that your company would not roll chairs on wheels out of the way to clean under them. Since my entire house was done, I could not move everything outside. Had I known this was how you clean the tile/grout, I would have had two separate appointments on different days....

The product is very good removing pet stains and odors. The technicians were very professional and explained everything they were doing.
Our cleaning pro (Keith) showed up on time, with a smile and positive attitude. He did an EXCELLENT job cleaning our carpets (we were his first clean with Zerorez). He explained everything including additional services and took great care with our corners and walls to not do any damage. This is the first time my carpets have actually dried in the time frame given. They look great, and feel as soft as new.

I was a loyal customer to another carpet cleaning company but when my rental property carpet was what i thought was destroyed, I tried your company out. The cleaning was done October of 2020 by Trey. The carpet cleaning was amazing. I have before and after pictures. So I thought I'd have the carpet in my home cleaned which had no major stains or damage. The technician cleaned all 6 rooms in like 40 minutes. I asked about the traffic area he stated that the carpet was old. I was not pleased. I called your office and got a reschedule with a Sr Technician and to my surprise the same technician returned with the same story. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Zerorez.

I called the next day, spoke with a young lady the next availability is not until
Friday, November 26,2021 for them to come back out. Now everything is placed in my master bedroom until they come back out
My day off is Thursday apparently the next Thursday they have available is mid December
I have guest coming overing on the
November 19, The room not going to be done on time
I can't place furniture back in until Zerorez come back out on the November 26, 2021
