Great service and our carpets look great
Randy was my service technician. He was very prompt, professional and organized! He did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess that renters had caused in my house. The carpets were clean and the tile was sparkling! The house no longer had a musty smell when he left. He was upfront on all costs and communicated effectively. I'm beyond pleased with the outcome.
The carpets looked fantastic. The prices were great and the service excellent.
The tech was very courteous, considerate of my floors & banisters, made sure the dogs wouldn't get out and overall professional. He did a great job and explained the drying process. He even provided us with plastic booties to protect the rug as it dries and made sure we knew it might be slippery. After everything was dry, I noticed no perfumy scents (just like advertised) and everything just seemed clean. I will be a repeat customer and tell everyone.

The zerorez rep was AWESOME!
After technician left we found a few missed areas. For the cost we expected more. I’m very much a perfectionist and just felt that the service didn’t match the price point.
Topical used on carpet, then the treatment all worked wonderfully. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
Prompt, courteous. I gave a "9" because the only stains I had on the furniture didn't come out.
But, the sofa overall is clean and refreshed. The chairs look great!
It is important not to see how fast you can get the job done, but now good! The first time I used you I had a person really concerned on making sure I was satisfied without all the extra charges. I am not pleased with how your tech did his job. I showed him a spot and it was not cleaned well.
The techs have always been on time, super friendly, and willing to explain things!
Plus my carpets always look amazing afterwards

Stains were not removed. I don’t see a difference in the carpet
Carpet is cleaned without soap residue.
Having the employee wear a working suit with no pocket that has the company name, instead of wearing a large sweat jacket with pockets. He was friendly, very fast and seemed to know what to do.
When he left I was uncomfortable that I did not put a way some of our smaller items, Not of great value but has meaning to us. I was left with doubt, since we tried to give him room to work. Now I need to ease my mind and search for the items I thought were in the rooms. That’s my problem.
He is a stranger and probably a nice honest guy. I am just saying he didn’t look professional.

As a first time user/customer, I loved it. The guy was super nice, and was patient with my young kids and the dogs (James I think his name was). I had a few questions as to how the cleaning process worked and he explained everything. He was very professional and I'm knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Zerorez again in the near future for our yearly deep cleaning.

Code the guy that came to do the work did a great job on the tile. However as far as the carpet goes I didn’t notice any difference between zero Rez and any other cleaning company. Only difference was more expensive. But I had a 12 hour square-foot house carpet clean with two rooms and tile cleaning the kitchen and was happy for the price that I paid.
The 2 men that cleaned my carpets did an excellent job! They were on time for the appointment
and had the 6 carpets cleaned in 1 1/2. hours. They left everything clean and neat. I definitely am satisfied with their work.
I scheduled and was able to get service very quick. Nice guy who came in to do the work, and the carpets looked brand new!
