We like the fact that harmful chemicals are not used. The young man that came to clean our carpet was friendly and respectful and completed the job in good time.

They do a great job of explaining everything and making me feel comfortable with him being in my home. Thanks to Spencer for an excellent job! I also bought more of the ZR water. It’s done a great job cleaning so many things in the house I can’t even believe it.
