I liked it. It did end up being more costly than anticiapated
The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They work quickly and get the dirt out with no residue. They are on time or let you know if they will be late or early.
Went looking for the 3 room $139 special. Started there and added additional room, hallways, etc. Ended up being quoted slightly north of $300.
Time window by Zerorez was between 2-6pm. Technician shows up at 1pm without any call or notice.
Technician cleans the carpet and comes back with a bill of $435. I was also not notified of any additional charges prior to being billed after service was already performed.
Contacted Customer Service to voice my complaint - rep was helpful but said I would need to speak to the manager. Took my number; manager never called back.
Unfortunately at this point you’ve lost my business. Although the product was good, the blunders and miscommunication throughout the process just isn’t worth it.

Attention to detail, service was excellent, felt like it was worth the cost.
The cleaning and sealing process is lacking in a high performance job. 3 spray of sealer were used and the grout still absorb water after the application.

Courteous and friendly service carpets look great
Professional, Courteous and Technically equipped.
Everyone is super polite. Tecnicians are efficient and thorough. Had a number of puppy spots and after everything dried, they were undetectable. Have had Zerorez before and have been pleased everytime. The first time I used them was after a disappointing experience with another company who used the steam cleaning approach. That company was not only unable to provide a satisfactory, clean result, but one of the owners suggested I rip out the carpet and replace it.
Zerorez proved that person wrong, as they were able to provide a totally acceptable product with their first application.
I recommend Zerorez, especially if you have a challenging carpet to clean! Thomas Barnes
Would not Clean a spot.
My carpet cleaner, Sullivan, showed up on time. I did not have to wait and that means a lot. He was polite and explained what he would be doing and I had no doubts about anything. He cleaned a 20 year old chair and made it look like new. My carpet is 17 years old, not worn, but he made it look like new also. Im getting new carpet in part of my house but if I had known what a great job he did, I would have waited and had him to clean the whole house. I highly recommend Zerorez and I hope all employees are as helpful and polite as Sullivan! Thank you so much!
