Our technician Scott B was great. The carpets look amazing - better than they looked last time we got them cleaned.

They were Late. Banged up woodwork. Wanted to chat instead of work. He brought trainee so took an hour to explain to her before he even started. Left front door wide open because he didn’t want to add more hose - I had that corrected immediately since it was 95 degrees out. So disappointed and I lifted all furniture so the 6,6” guy could put the foam under the heavy stained wood dressers and long tv credenza!
I love how Zero Rez does not use harsh chemicals. My carpets look like new upon their service. I plan on continuing to use Zero Rez to keep my carpets looking their best over time.

The process went just as described. Jesse was great..very personable and experienced. The tile floor came out so clean and I'd swear it made the entire house smell so much better! We will definitely use Zerorez again.

The gentleman that did the cleaning on via Montoya 14133 via Montoya was very pleasant however he charged me for the outside walkway and then said it was for the inside hallway but my invoice says outside walkway and I have not gotten a refund or any satisfaction for the charge that I did not have the service score Name removed
I thought I was going to have to pull my carpet up, but after my carpets were cleaned, it looked brand new again! I had some heavy duty gross pet stains and the spots were specially treated, and removed. Tyson, my ZeroRez tech was very thorough and listened to what my needs were. He did an awesome job making sure to hit those areas that needed extra TLC.
The tech they sent out was amazing he got on-site and started immediately and had it all done in a hour which was good cause I had a lot going on that day

The service was great.
I don't really have any complaints about the carpet portion of the cleaning; however the tile cleaning left a lot to be desired. A company called ZERO REZ left a ton of weird residue in the grout lines and many places on the tile where it looks dull and dirty. So i of course wonder what kind of residue is left on my carpet that I just cant see. My second complaint is that due to having to leave my front door open during the AZ Summer, letting the heat in.... it also let a ton of flies in and we spent the entire weekend trying to get rid of them. It sure seems like in 2022 there could be something your technicians carry to drape over the door to minimize that. I would have been happy to grab a sheet or something myself to cover the door had any one given me a heads up that I was going to have to leave my front door open. Lastly, my technician arrived at my house asking for a bottle of water and as he was ready to leave asked me to complete a survey to help him out and he asked for 2 more bottles.. What he doesn't know about strangers is that unfortunately for him I am vehemently against disposable plastic water bottles and I was put out by the notion that a grown man shows up to a job asking me for water. He should be prepared. He also told me he had shoe covers if i wanted them... I did NOT and he leave about 10 of them anyway. You can imagine if i hate plastic disposable water bottles, I also hate your plastic disposable shoe covers. Hence the "Zero" in the likelihood of me recommending your service.
The last 2 guys that came to clean my rugs did a great job! They were very thorough and v ery professional.
No chemicals, no residue. Good job every time. Would like to know in advance when coming to Oliver Grove Condominiums agaim.
The individual who came to my home was very polite and professional. Unfortunately… She was a little abrasive with the equipment. At the end of the job I had markings on my floor boards and furniture.
I also went into one of the areas where a deep clean was to take away urine from my dog and when I knelt down to smell the carpet I could still smell the urine. I’m not sure the service really took care of the job.
Again my technician was very sweet and I know she did what she could. I just wasn’t really impressed. Especially since my home is pretty well kept. I expected more since it was $20 shy of $700 total.

Edges were not done at all. Spot on carpet was not communicated to me at time of service that needed more attention for additional fees.

It was very easy to make an appointment with zerorez online. After I made the appointment for two rooms, I determined that I had to add room which I was able to do through a reply on the zerorez confirmation email - also easy. The technician contacted me by text when he was 15 minutes out and was extremely cordial and professional. He was a delight work with and I enjoyed his easy manner. I would recommend zerorez to anyone that wants a professional and reliable carpet cleaner. Great job!
