The person who cleaned my carpet was completely professional and had a wonderful attitude. He worked extremely hard to make sure that the stains were removed from the carpet. It was a very positive experience.

Everything is a la carte. The cost is already double local cleaning companies. Although prices are listed on site. You can easily end up with $100 - $200 more than you initially estimated to spend once the associate comes out

The carpet is not crunchy when they done. It looks great. The carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a few years, so he had to work at it, but it came out great.

The machine broke and was down and he didn’t start until after 6. He had arrived around 4:30. He had told my husband he started 2 hours late.
He told me I had been added to his schedule last minute and he wouldn’t mind if I wanted to reschedule.
When I asked if he was doing ok his response was, “I’m just trying to get out of here”
When I asked if he gets paid overtime, he said he gets paid commission so I can’t help but think my price going up from $280 (what was quoted) to over $400 is because he needed to pay himself more for his time it took. I had even taken off one bathroom after he arrived.
I watched him seal my grout and he missed sooooo much. I even asked him afterwards where I could fine more seal so I could do the job he was supposed to.
He didn’t seal the grout on my kitchen counter at all.
He didn’t clean the edges at all but I know he was capable of it because he had shown me how he was able to when I told him he needed a machine that could clean corners.
He was in such a huge hurry, I just heard banging left and right. I had just had my walls painted about 6 months ago so I can tell what marks he made. I had heard a loud bang in the laundry room area. I checked it out after he left and he literally made so much damage, it dented in my metal door and made a gouge into my wall where the drywall is showing. There are are now so many marks on my walls and doors. I’m not even sure why he used the corner guards. He was tossing the hose around everywhere and kicking it back.
He was in and out of the house soooo many times trying to fix his machine and he was walking in with his shoes and dirtied my carpets so much.
Because his machine was broken and here until after 8, the front door was left wide open so much my air conditioner couldn’t keep up so I have to pay for my air conditioning bill on top of a large floor cleaning bill and machine being down. He shouldn’t have to pay for down time.
My husband took a shower downstairs so he was out of the way thinking he would just be down there for a bit until the guy finished and it turned out being a lot longer. He was in a towel and I didn’t want to leave my young kids alone with the guy to put on booties and get my husband clothes. I got my kids snacks to eat but we weren’t able to start dinner until after 8:15 and ate at 9.
He missed so many areas and plainly just half assed it. He was clearly in a hurry. I have taken a lot of pictures.
He even asked to dump the water in my septic tank but we couldn’t get it open so he wanted to dump in my rocks in the front yard. I asked if he could at least dump on the side of my yard. It just seemed very unprofessional to ask if you could dump dirty water in my yard.
I like the zero residue and thexreduced dry time. Plus Thorough technicians
I must say that Keith was AWESOME! As well as Nick (who was following directions - maybe in training ?). Keith was soo kind to him also.

The rugs don’t look clean to me.
This is my second time using Zerorez and my carpets are much cleaner feeling and looking. I think the first time was just removing the previous leftovers. Trevon was really a very pleasant young man and did a great job. Thank you
I’ve used your carpet cleaning service for years and will continue to do so. I asked the cleaning tech if he could clean the seats of my dining room table, I have 9 seats that needed to be cleaned.
The tech attempted to clean all 9 but I expected more. He worked hard but your product just didn’t do the job. I paid $90.00 to have the seats cleaned and it just didn’t happen.
Next time, after one or two seats fail to come clean let me know so I can stop wasting my money. FYI the guys that were here were good and you can def send them back here next time.

Excellent service, no up selling. The technician was helpful, stayed within my budget and did not try to push extra services on me. The carpets turned out great and I will definitely use their services again.
