The price was not as quoted and girl on phone was rude. Never again.
I think your products are great. Service is also very good. Techs are friendly, answer questions, and work neatly and effectively. This is the second time I have used your services. Both times, I was very pleased. The first time I had my tile floors & area rug cleaned. This time I had 2 couches and an area rug cleaned. Both technicians I had were very good. Luis C was here this week and did a really great job. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

I always have an amazing experience when I use Zerorez. I have used them now three times. Twice for my rental property and just recently for my home. Everyone from the phone agents to the cleaning technicians are friendly and helpful. The last cleaning technician went above and beyond to ensure my homes carpet looked brand new.

When giving quotes over the phone let the customer know that additional services are per room and/or treatment. Not just that it is $70.
Ramone was able to make my 15 year old carpet look amazing also he was so professional and a pleasure to have in my home I have a 26 year old son with autism and sometimes these things can be difficult but Ramone was literally a magician in every way thank you zerorez I will never rent another rug doctor again Ramone see you in 3 months you are my guy give him a raise ❤️ 💙 😊
