carpets looked great after the cleaning. very professional tech. took care of all needs
I was not at home when the carpet was cleaned. However my husband was and talked to the technician. I noticed that as it dried there were very noticeable streaks in the carpet. Some areas were cleaned very well, and some had dark streaks. There is a noticeable dark triangle in front of the sink area. I realize that this room was quite dirty and needed extra work.
However, I have had it cleaned by another company many times and there were no such streaks and it dried much faster than this time. I was excited to try you because of the "no residue left behind", but considering the cost, and end result, I dont think i will use you again.

Be more honest with quotations. I was unpleasantly surprised when the technicians quoted me 175 extra charge for the carpet protection treatment, which increased my bill by 50% or so. I had only been told that the protection was an extra charge.
No smell and has stated looking great - I had some really bad stains

We have compared the cost of your service to past service and you are definitely higher in cost. To have the area rugs cleaned, we can take them out for $1.85 sq. ft. We realize that in home service is more convienient but the cost still has to remain competitive.
We just had our drapperies cleaned, but are interested in the rate you charge.
We would use your services again but in talking with a couple of people out in the "field", I work in the custom home building industry...it seems people are familiar with your service and the first comment is that you are expensive. I am not saying that you are expensive because I have not price checked other than past service.

This is the third time I have had your services. Besides doing a good job of cleaning, they are outstanding when it comes to being friendly and curtious.
It would be easier to say what I didn't like, because the answer would be nothing. The service was prompt, online estimate accurate, serviceman courteous and respectful, the job well done.
