I had my carpets cleaned, and last week you had a special on KFYI for $149...today I hear Barry say you have a special for $129...a day following my cleaning. Do I get a refund?

I was pleased with the fact that no soap or detergents are used in cleaning.
helpfullness of Jon, and explanation of what was going to happen as a result of his efforts to clean our carpets. Really was impressed by his knowledge and expertise.
The removal of the dirt. No crunching after carpet is dry. Very efficient and courteous individual who cleaned the carpets. Very concerned about the furniture that couldn't be moved. Great attitude.

The promptness, the politeness and understanding of the technician, professionalism (especially the covering of my corners) last cleaners tore off the corner to my bedroom, the softness of my furniture and most of all....how soon my carpet dried. It dried within the time the tech said it would..3-4 hours.

Carpets are left feeling soft and clean. Not stiff like some cleaners. The tech we had was very professional, helpful explaining and answering questions. Will be using again soon for balance of carpeting in home.

Your billing process leaves a lot to be desired. Not really transparent and you can't see what you're being charged till after you pay. Your technician rattled off pricing for this and that, add ons etc. and said it all comes to this total. It would have been nice to 'see' that. When I rec'd your electronic receipt it had the same total but it did not represent what was done. Makes you look shady.
Rugs very wet. Took a long time to dry.
Your associate was very informative and friendly. He was polite,on time and worked with care and speed. His suggestions for you product was easy and not pressured. Our tile and grout was beautiful after your adminstration. Our extra rug was bright and clean. The carpet in the three rooms looked fresh, although the problem spots were lightened a few remained and Derek explained how he tried to eleimate them with no avail. His honest approach to these areas was refreshing, accepted and appreciated.

Both different gentlemen who cleaned my two different homes did a more than through job. each was pleasant, courteous, and efficient. I believe that both locations looked and felt cleaner and nicer to the touch than from any previous type of cleaning. I was especially pleased with the fast drying and pleasant smell of the the products used.

We have had steam cleaning done by a couple of other companies. From first appearances, it would seem their equipment was very much like yours. However, all similarities ended there. I would imagine the cleaning solution you use, and the extraction process are much better. When your representative (Cody) left, our carpet looked brand new. Stains the other companies could not get out were gone when you folks were through. Last but not least, Cody worked quickly & thoroughly, and left a very good impression.
We will be having you folks back, and will tell our friends.

I use you for all of my centers at work as well was my home. You guys always do an excellent job and Derek is amazing I have him come every time! Great job.
The finished carpets looked like new carpets. You do not use chemicals, and still the carpets came out amazingly clean. The service was friendly and efficient. You were recommended to us by friends and we have already passed on our recommendations to friends.
Closer estimates to what it is actual going to cost. Couldn’t get an actual estimate even on the properly.
Your representative was friendly, fast and courteous. The floors looked great after his work and I will definately use zerorez again.
