The pet stains were spread instead of coming out like I was told. I feel that extr $135 wss wasted unless the urine comes out with second cleaning.

The person did not clean the water spilled on the wood floor. It left a lot of marks on the floors adjacent to the carpets. He said he would clean it before he left but, when I went back to look, I saw the mess and I had to clean it up myself.

I like that you don't use any harsh chemicals and that the dirt is extracted with steam. My carpets look brand new. John was certain that any dirt on the carpet would be removed, and it was. Now that the carpet is completely dry I can really see the difference. Zerorez is very professional and I will tell all my friends.

The men were very helpful and friendly. They paid special attention to detail around the baseboards and furniture. They made a special effort to work on removing spots. The product made these old carpets look like new.

Not sure--Cleaned carlet istoo new to see how well cleaning worked (I've not let anyone walk on it yet). Pricing was a bit deceptive--i wanted a LR/Dr done and the stairs; I was under the assumption this was the "three rooms" for $119; it ran me almost $200 instead. On the fother hand, service was prompt, scheduling was immediate, and technicians were friendly and professional.

The fact that your products are NONTOXIC means a lot to me as I am very sensitive to chemicals and don't want them in my home for any reason. I try to live a green lifestyle as much as possible.

it was the most expensive carpet cleaning I have ever used. It is cost discouraging for many of my friends who would not be able to afford it.

The dirt in my carpets really got sucked out with your machines! The 2 guys who came (I think Cody and Brian?) were awesome! Very friendly! I bought a bottle of your cleaner too! I planned to have 3 rooms plus 1 cleaned....I ended up having 2 extra rooms - a total of 6 because I liked how clean they looked after they did the first couple of rooms.

The carpet looks good and I am happy with the cleaning but I was shocked at the cost. I spent $853.00. I didn't move any furniture so it was really just traffic areas. That is a ridiculous amount to spend. I like to get my carpet cleaned every 3-4 months but I won't be doing that with you all.

No chemicals to mess up carpet after cleaning.

Be more upfront with the pricing. I think the wording for the hallway is rated at an extra $2 but it should actually say $2 a square foot hence the extra money I was charged and the same for the $25 for stain resistance treatment should state per room. I had no problem with the service would do it again but was very disappointed with the pricing stated on the website.

There are no smelly chemicals used, when dry my carpets are soft like when they were new, and most importantly, they come out very clean
