I've been in my house two years, and had the carpets cleaned when we first moved in. The carpet throughout is a short-pile shag carpet that is in good condition. The carpet was cleaned by Zerorez three weeks ago, and the most remarkable result was how much higher and softer the pile became after cleaning. That effects remains, even in the high traffic areas. The carpet looks and feels wonderful! So far I am delighted with the result and will use this company again.

I did not think the carpet could be saved. It looks like new.

I am happy with the service, and am very impressed. I had my doubts that Zerorez could clean my carpets. I expected them to be cleaner, but did not expect all of the spots to be removed. (We have kids and cats).

The only thing I regret was buying a jug of the all purpose cleaner. The technician quoted it at $39, but the bill shows that was actually $49. I used it in various cleaning jobs, and it did not seem to be any different than regular water. I kind of feel like that may have been a scam.. or that the water is only useful if you have the heavy cleaning equipment to go with it.

But I am very happy with the carpets, and the tech was really nice, clean, professional, and knowledgeable.

I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpet cleaning. (just would not suggest buying the $50 jug of water)
