The carpet does not look clean.
If your company could be more friendly and obliging to assist the homeowner (in my case, a single female) in scooting furniture, as is reasonable, that would go a long way to justify the total cost involved, and provide repeat business. I have 5 cats, so I simply and reasonably needed the mattresses lifted to provide access under the beds, and also the couches scooted back and forth for the same reason. Also, I had to watch the technician to make sure he moved some lamp stands to vacuum-clean behind them. Otherwise, he wouldn't have. It is NOT REASONABLE to expect the homeowner to have a whole room cleared out, and then magically move everything back in the room after it's cleaned, and repeating that from room to room during the process of cleaning the whole house. The young man in training who accompanied the technician was VERY accommodating, helpful, and friendly. He must not have yet become jaded!:) His friendly, helpful disposition will get him many faithful, returning clients in the future!
Carpet drys fast and workers are friendly and courteous
The technician did an outstanding job of eliminating cat stains and odor. He took a great deal of time to make certain it was done properly. It was a pleasure to welcome into my home an articulate, clean-cut and professional worker.
Jonathan was very nice. After he did the carpets and was packing up I checked and they were still dirty. A white rag showed the dirt. I told him that I was not happy and he redid them. I am not sure that your process is the right way to clean. I will probably try a more traditional detergent cleaner next time.

What my wife and I like most about Zeroez is that “No Chemicals” are use in cleaning the carpets.
The technician, Rick Caldera, was very informative and professional about zeroes’ cleaning methods.
And yes! I would use again and have recommend zeroes to my renter; I mention that the rates are very competitive and “no chemicals” are use in the process, she was interested.
My only regret about Zeroez, is that there isn’t one in Payson, AZ.

Unlike Stanley Steamer who uses protective pads in the house at crucial spots, your company doesn't and the equiptment hoses damaged the paint on the door trim and on some baseboards. So after having the carpets cleaned I have to go back and repaint in several areas. You cleaned some stuff and damaged some stuff, Not happy about paying for that kind of service.
Well, I felt like I was being conned. I didn't get three rooms cleaned. I only had 2 rooms cleaned. I had pet treatment done in 1 room odor & protectant, and my carpet still smells like urine. Even after Joe assured me that he was confident that I wouldn't smell anything unless I stuck my nose to the carpet. Now, I know you can't garauntee the pet stain/odor treatment, but your technicians should be trained not to lead people on and make them think different. He made me feel so good about not having a lingering smell, that in just 2 hours the odor came back and I felt like I had wasted 258.00 of my hard-earned money. Perhaps you can have an over-the-phone consultation with the homeowners before they waste their money on a cleaning product that doesn't even work. And really? $75.00 for odor treatment? What a scam!It comes in a spray bottle and it's only applied on the spots that needed treatment? I'd expext my whole carpet to be done for that price! It didn't even work and I am not a happy camper. I hope there will be something done about this.
Advertisements and representations told of new carpet cleaning method that would clean carpets better and eliminate pet odors. I saw no difference from machines rented at grocery stores and other less expensive carpet cleaning companies and pet odor remained. I feel I paid twice as much as I should have to get same result as other less expensive companies.

Levi is the specialist who came to our house. He did a wonderful job on a floor that is textured and is very hard to clean. He was careful about our furnishings and did his job promptly and efficiently. We have used Zerorez successfully for several years and will continue to do so.
I have already spread the word that Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning and tile cleaning that I have ever had. For years I was told that my tile was too old and that it was the best cleaning that could be done. With Zerorez, I got a whole new floor! I've never seen my kitchen look so good, like the tile was just installed. And the same goes for the carpets, they look fantastic. Great job Zerorez! The carpets look like new.
My cost was over $300, I wasn't expecting the cost of each spot to be so high. The room was only $80 and we have a huge bedroom, the area rug was only $70 but the spotting really added to the price. I did not ask the cost of spots when I called so it was my error. I loved the carpet when it finally dried. The gentleman who did the work was very professional and quick.
The tech was very timely and did a fabulous job! He was friendly and courteous, too! My carpets looked great when he was finished. I like the fact that there is no soap residue left on my floors since I have a baby that is beginning to roll around and crawl. You guys are AWESOME!!!!
The service and the results are fantastic
Our carpet has never been cleaner and there was a stain that looked like it could have been a rust stain and other companies stated it would never come out. The technician (I forgot his name) was able to remove the stain.
