You live up to the commercial and what Danny Davis repeatedly says on KOY. We liked the fact that your tech shows us how the cleaning works before he starts, by picking a soiled spot and cleaning it. What was surprising was how quickly the job was completed. We don't have pets, but our hallway gets the most use on a daily basis and shows as the area most soiled, so it was important to us that when the cleaning was completed it match the rest of the carpet. My wife was very pleased and very much liked the idea that no chemical was used in the process and it was environmentally sound.
You delivered as promised,,,,,Carpet looks like the original color and I did not expect the white to be back....Very happy and satisfied!

I would suggest for future appointment makers to have the question on town homes/condos etc, 'How far are you from the nearest curb.....
Your service does what you advertise. Superior cleaning without the residue and very nice and professional employees. Never will my carpets see chemicals and nasty soap residue.

I think your prices are pretty high. I had to pay the rate for an entire room just to have a few feet of traffic area cleaned. My last carpet clearners included this small area in the price of the adjacent, much larger space. Similarly, a very short hallway was priced as an entire room as well.
No chemicals are used that would harm my pets. The technician was professional, courteous, clean cut, and very knowledgeable. He did an awesome job cleaning our floors - carpet and tile!

The man who cleaned our carpets worked very hard for 3 solid hours...he also cleaned the soiled areas I pointed out. The carpet was dry before we went to bed and we were able to move all of our furniture back in place. We are very satisfied.

I think your pricing is too high compared to other companies. It doesn't make since that hallways with less square feet then a regular size room can cost more. Also the $5 per step for 2 story homes is excessive.
I felt like you were very high in your prices although I thought the final results were very good. Next time I would have to compare prices a little closer.

It was easy, the worker very professional, the result definitely met expectations, it dried quite rapidly and it looks good. Have a default in the carpeting which is getting worse, but that is the installers mistake. I would recommend Zerorez to friends.
Amazing results and courteous service
I have been using Zerorez for my carpet, upholstery, tile and natural stone counter cleaning since 2004. My carpet still looks new and my upholstery has never cleaned
so well. I also have been using your Empowered Water to clean surfaces daily. I couldn't
be happier with your company and my clean house after your techs leave!
they don't use any soap. The technician wore "booties" to keep the carpets clean!
