I didn't exactly like the extended wait period or the extensions that I should have received by phone: but, I did like Mike-very professional and very good at his job.

I liked the type of serviceman you sent to my home. He was courteous, tatoo-free, well groomed. I love the product. I never worried much about using chemicals if they cleaned, which they did not; at least not compared to your product which cleans so well with added bonus of zero chemicals.

The technician was great. Very personable and thoroughly explained everything.However,this service was too expensive. I was quoted over the phone at approximately $600 and the cost added up to $940. We still did it, but will find a more economic service for our other house.

Did an outstanding job cleaning very dirty older carpets. Was amazed at the difference. Also, the carpets feel clean, none of that sticky soapy residue. The guys that came were very polite and professional. My only complaint is the person who booked the appointment had the servicemen come over an hour before the start of the scheduled time. They did come back, but you could do a better job of scheduling appointments or giving the service people a correct timeframe of when they are supposed to show up.

I have used other companies and they are much better on giving you a time they will arrive so you are not waiting around as we had to with your company.

You didn't disappoint me, I am very cautious about recommending businesses to other people.
