The cleaning process went great, but I had a reservation with how you calculate room sizes, & with how the "unused" square footage from the calcs can't be applied to adjacent hallways or other spaces. The tech asked me if I wanted to do my guest bedroom, which would've been considered a 4th room under your policy. I told him if he'd give me a discount for the square footage under the unmoved bed & dresser that would't be touched, I'd consider it, but he declined. So he had no discretion?

Service man very professional and respectful of my home. He explained the process to me and didn't leave until I had checked everything and I was happy.

How gently your product cleans the carpet, but does the best job I've ever seen. No crunching when it dries. The technician was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. This is the second time I've had you clean my carpet and it's superb!

Ken got the stains out. He had suggested a littl extra on one spot that two other companies had't been able to get out. He was on time, professional, and all around nice to deal with.

The staff was cutiouse & professional stains I for sure thought would not come out for sitting so long did & 3 bdrms front room & hallway where done in a matter of an hr & a half I planned on it being all day!
