I have referred you to many of my clients, as I do not want to clean with chemicals. Your procedures are not service oriented and client friendly. The windows of time, methods of payment and most importantly the cold impersonal nature of the techs strike me as unwelcoming. As a business owner, I participate in a networking group, where up until today I have chosen your company over another's . This owner is friendly and truly loves his work. He will be getting my referrals in the future. I was on hold to confirm my window of time for almost 10 minutes. Maybe less emphasis should be put on the bad jokes on the hold message and more on setting a more positive example to employees.

Making the appointment was easy, getting the arrival time notice was a nice touch and they arrived on time. The job didn't take too long and the technicians were very polite and friendly. Also they explained how they were doing the cleaning. They did a good job. I have used Zerorez several times now and have always been pleased.
