I like that you don't use any chemicals and your representative was very friendly.
I trust that it is chemical free, safe and clean. I like the service and the technicians are always knowledgable and courteous. I do think you should have some sort of a referral discount program.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone and the technition who performed the service were very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I felt that my concerns were important and would be addressed. But the quote given over the phone was too low. I asked for a quote for 3 tiled areas and 1 carpeted area and was quoted $174. When the tech arrived, the price for those areas was actually $234. I am sure this was not intentional, just a misunderstanding because I told the sales rep that my living/dining combo was large enough to be 2 rooms and he counted them as only one room. My actual final price was more than the quote because I added 2 services (an area rug and sealing the grout) but I would have been better prepared if the original quote had been more accurate.
The tech who did the cleaning was great! But I am slightly disappointed in the grout cleaning. I was told and understood that some staining of the grout would not come out, and there were a few of those areas but they were minor. What I am disappointed in was the grout at the edge of the carpeted areas and at the edge of the walls and in corners where 2 walls come together. These areas are still dirtier than they should be after being cleaned with such a superior product. I wish the tech had paid more attention to these areas as well.
Overall I am only okay with the results. I am not sure I will use Zerorez for future cleanings. This is my first experience with a professional company. I usually do my own carpet cleaning and will probably go back to doing it myself.

took to long your man can about 2.30 did one bathroom his tank was full talk on phone for about 45 ,min then said some one will be out about 4.30 came about 5.30 did half of job then said his tank was full finish about 8.30 wait all day for this job to get done tile came out good unhappy with service job would think twice about next time tile need to get done.
