Awesome results-friendly service
The quick drying carpet, the fact that there is no soap residue and the quality of your service providers. I have never had one that did not go the extra mile and have a good personality. Peter was no exception. He was conscientious, communicative and very nice.

The quality of the service was fine, but the price started out $119 for 3 rooms and quickly became $700 after all the add-ons. I won't do that again. It's just too expensive.

Carpet was a little more crunchy, stiff, than I expected. Technician was very professional. Tech came in with the little booties to cover shoes, placed protective covers on all the corners of rooms to as not to scratch corners of walls...
Loved Zerorez... they were very efficient and did a great job on my carpet.... about 4 months ago we used another company and they just soaked my carpet wet for 2 days or more... this was not the case with Zerorez... it was dry like that day.... I would recommend Zerorez to everyone... I will surely be using them again ...also the prices are the best... Carlos who did my carpet was the best...

The carpet had no residue afterwards. The pre-treatment smelled great! The employee who came, Troy, was friendly and professional. He was clean cut and neat in appearance. He was very thoughtful and ensured he did not do any damage to walls, furniture, etc., by using proper protective equipment. Service was thorough yet quick. No mess was left behind! When I had other companies come before, they dumped the dirty extracted water in my driveway leaving a horrible mess. I will definitely use Zerorez the next time and recommend to friends and family!

I loved the way that your service person explained everything about your product and what the product was going to do to clean our carpet. I really liked the education of why stains seem to stay in and what things I could do after the cleaning to keep carpets nice. I really appreciated the professional way I was greeted by the service person.
