Every time you have come out the team is so professional. Explains what they are doing and how the process works. Carpets look like new.

The carpet was cleaned fine. We paid $330. I asked to have one room cleaned that was a mile down the road from our house, that was 10 x 11, and was told that it would cost a minimum of $130. That is crazy expensive. I will not use a company that makes me feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I ended up using another company at half that price.

I have used 2 other carpet cleaning systems/companies and none of them have gotten my carpets as clean as Zerorez! I have 2 dogs and several grandchildren that visit regularly so the carpets take a beating. They look so fantastic after a Zerorez cleaning.
The fact that chemicals are not used. The carpet dries quickly and usually all spot/stains are removed.
