the carpet came out very soft, which was a concern since my carpet had more of a shag look to it. I was concerned about the carpet getting stiff.

Because the carpet is never too wet after your done. It dries in a couple of hours.
Although you did clean my driveway when your truck left a large oil spill, I do not feel like my carpets were cleaned. It took a while for it to dry which was fine but they still look dirty. My carpets are not worn, but your service did not really clean them. In fact, after the oil was left on the drive for a while, I questioned your entire service. However it was finally taken care of, which I thank you. But the carpets don't look clean at all. Even small spots did not come up. Totally disappointed in the service and do not feel the service lived up to the ad, which bothers me when I hear it.
