Our tile floors are beautiful. They look almost like they did the day we moved in 20 years ago. We would highly recommend Zerorez, and have done so already. Our only negative is that the tile floors were left with a filmy residue which leaves streaks and footprints when walked on. I am sure a good cleaning with clear water will take care of this, however, I think it is odd that a product such as yours leaves a film, or that when Zerorez was finished cleaning, the tile wasn't given another once over to remove the film. Thanks, and we will be calling again in the next few years.
I like the environmentally friendly products used to clean and the excellent cleaning.
Smells great,makes carpet look new and drys quickly. You are on time. The technician explained the process. She kept asking if it looked ok or did I want to go over any areas. She was very friendly and professional. She did a fantastic job on the whole house!

WHEN WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT THE PRICE WAS BASED ON WHAT YOUR RADIO ADVERTISEMENT $120 FOR 3 ROOMS
WE TOLD THEM WE WANTED OUR MASTER BEDROOM DONE AND INSTEAD OF 3 ROOMS, WE ASKED THE AREA RUGS BE DONE INSTEAD OF ANOTHER BEDROOM.
THEY CHARGED US $1 / SQ FT !!! TO CLEAN THE RUGS - I TOLD THE GUY TO NOT USE ANY OTHER PROCESS TO CLEAN THE AREA RUGS..
OUR BILL WAS $192 !!!!!! 3 AREA RUGS - INSTEAD OF $120.
YOUR AD SAYS NOTHING ABOUT THE EXTRA CHARGE - FOR THE SAME THE SAME CLEANING PROCESS ???

Service person was great....professional & polite....Carpet looks wonderful and no chemical smell....our two little pets are safe to walk on the carpet.....I would use Zerorez again

My tile floors are hard to clean,however, I have had them cleaned by you 3 times..the first time was the best! seems it is harder to clean each time..maybe because they are older...
