Loved the crew and the results

Fast drying and lasts much longer than other products used

Your products are very good, the man that cleaned my carpets, was very friendly but very professional. He did a beautiful job, cleaned up everything.
I was very happy with the way my carpets look.
When we saw the carpet the following day, you could see that the stains had been moved around the carpet. We needed to run our home cleaner to pull them out. We had the carpets cleaned in a rental house when we were moving out. We did not have time to call you again. And now at this point, we are being charged to replace the carpets. The technician said that the stains would be gone, and maybe the odor would still be there, but the management company says the stains are still there. I don't feel that I received the service that I paid for. The stains were not removed and the odor was not removed. In reality, I would like a full refund.

I thought the cleaning would make the carpets cleaner. There were still all the same little stains on the carpet.

My tile floor looks amazing
They were on time, very professional look and attitude. They were very careful not to damage walls with corner guards, everything came out great and no smell or residue. We were recommended from a friend and will be sure to tell other friends.
Technician was on time, courteous, asked permission to move through the house, did a thorough job and pointed out any issues. Carpets and tile look and feel much better!
good customer service on phone and in person and no odor from the cleaning solution
The guys are on time or early. Carpets came out so clean! Was ready to replace them but looked really good.
The first time our carpets/tile was cleaned it was not up to the quality we had experienced the first time. I called and spoke with your customer service rep Rae that was so helpful and wanted to make things right so she scheduled another appt to recheck the tile/grout that we did not feel was cleaned the same way as it had been the first time. The second appt the perosn came out and was happy to re-clean our tile and checked our carpet but again the quality was not the same and the attention to detail was not the same as our first experience with zerorez. I am not sure if your process has changed or what has changed but it just was not the same experience we had the first time with similar results. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and wanted to help I think that the results just have changed but I am unsure why. Thanks for trying to make it right though- it is appreciated.

The citrus pretreatment spray did leave a residue on the carpet.
Service was excellent, and the clean extraction of dirt far better, and quicker than traditional carpet cleaning.
I still have a dark carpet spot by the garage entry door. I feel more attention should have been paid to this spot. It's not a shadow
professional, thorough, no smell and material was soft to the touch. also everything dried very quickly
