My carpet looked pood. My carpet is old and the cleaning really freshen it up. I will have zeroez clean it again.
The technician was very polite and efficient. I would definitely use your services again. The only negative I can say is he didn't clean behind the doors in the bedrooms, so there was an obvious difference between what was cleaned and what was not. Otherwise, he did a great job. The carpets look really nice!

It has been several weeks now since our carpet cleaning and truly the results have lasted- which is much longer than when getting carpet cleaned in past. Your personnel really did a great job!

Efficiency, punctuality, cordiality and honesty
I only had tile in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms cleaned plus an area rug and cloth on DR chairs. Casey, our tech, showed me "differences" in how the tile looked while he was cleaning it. Quite a surprising "difference" it was too! The area rug and the chairs are 18 years old but still turned out looking great. Casey was friendly and informative. Yes, I would recommend Zerorez!
I did not receive a phone call 15 minutes before the tech showed up. The tech that showed up, however, was outstanding.
Friendly Tech and was able to schedule me in short notice. Carpet turned out very nice also.
I paid almost 300$ and there are still quite a few stains on the couch and my rug.

Brian Hamilton the technician was veery thorough and polite. The only suggestion I have is for the phone operator to give suggestions on how to prepare for service--i. e. tape bottom of pieces of furniture so that you dont have to take the time to use styrofoam. etc.
It is also a problem for most older homeowners to move large items of furniture, so there needs to be some help on that subject.
On if your product can take out stains. And if it is worth trying to clean the carpet.
Tyrone worked very hard, was pleasant and was very helpful. I was very impressed.
