The product cleaned great!! The technician was friendly, on time, and thorough.

Young man was friendly, efficient, hardworking and sincere. Water product was unbelievable on appliances. he told me the carpet might buckle and it did. But amazingly went back to original shape when dry, like he said it would.he was trustworthy!

I was told you would call two days ahead to give me a 2-hr window. I received no call. I have voice mail, someone could have left a message. The day before, "I" called Zerorez to get the window. I was also told that someone would call 20 ahead when they are on their way. I, again, received no call. And the technician showed up half-hour early. Very poor customer service. Also, most of my carpet dried within a few hours. There was a portion at the landing at the top of the steps that was still not dry after 18 hours. Not kidding. Clearly, the tech did not vacuum the water well in that area. I've had positive experiences in the past, so this one did not completely tarnish my view, but it is why I did not give a 10.

The process is so superior to regular carpet cleaning. The rugs/carpets feel cleaner and don't feel sticky or like residue is left to collect more dirt.

carpet did not come clean, or as clean as I would of liked. Noticed nicks on the corner of the wall that were NOT there before the tile was cleaned. Also had to clean up our hardwood floors after he left as there was some sort of "stuff" left behind where the tubing was brought thru the house and where the hardwood meets the tile that was cleaned.

I will admit, that the tile in the front area of the house looks wonderful. Carpet, not so much.

The results of your process simply aren't as good as we experience with traditional cleanings.

I feel we were overcharaged. I couldn't believe it went from $150 - $180 to $300 just to clean the tile. They agreed for another $100 to treat the grout, but I feel it was a rip off. On the radio it sounds like such a good deal. Name removed. P.S., the gentleman that did the work was very nice.

Great service and great product!

It was very expensive. I was quoted 270 and ended up paying 370...because of extra costs.

Staff has always been great. No chemicals and fair pricing.

The technician came on time, answered my questions and did a good job.

No chemicals and carpet isn't soaked when finished.

That no residue was left on carpet and it was done so fast.

It freshened the smell of our house without adding any odor. The carpet cleaner guy who came to our house did everything to make sure we were satisfied with the job before he left.

Considering the fact that our carpets are getting along in years, I am very pleased that you folks still clean them very well. I'll be keeping the carpets a little while longer, and plan on keeping you folks too.
