Please make your phone price quotes tell the 'bottom line' that you will be actually charging your customers! Your tech was put nto the difficult position of having to tell us the qupte was not what the price would be. With soooo many scamers out there it is important that you tell the whole story!
We do love te product and will recommend you to others, however we will warn them that they need to firm up the price...and actual cleaning job that you will do.
I asked to have the 'pathes done' and found out that you don't do that. Your tech did a good job.

Use your best available equipment when providing services in order to minimize come-backs. Technicians should know which piece of equipment they should use to achieve the best possible outcome on their initial visit. Give the customer credit for areas that are not cleaned when computing extra room charges. First name removed J. Last name removed Sr.

Prompt and professional
Carpet looked great!! Was not as pleased with tile clean. For price I expected a little more effort. There were places that I was able to take cleaner and brush too and get clean that apparently were missed. When demonstrating your cleaner her used it on pet of grout and black came off. He said "guess I missed that one" I had to remix floor twice and water was black both times
