I was very disappointed by the price I got quoted over the phone and the higher price I end up paying. if I know that I will be charged different price I would of cancelled my appointment so I was very surprised and the technician did not even honor the price that I wrote down on a paper when I called to schedule.
No chemicals and friendly, prompt service!
My carpets stay cleaner longer and there is no chemical odor with Zerorez. The employee was polite and worked diligently. He prepped and cleaned up when he was finished.

How clean my carpets were following the cleaning...hairball cats and ill-trained dogs made for some nasty carpet.
It always amazes me that you can work miracles with my 15-year-old polyester carpet! My 20-year-old grout looks amazing as well! Thank you!! The technician that came is an absolute rock star!

Great job cleaning our couches. I asked the tech to show an example of the grout cleaning and he was able to and it convinced me I want all my tile and grout cleaned. Green products with a great outcome.
You are always very professional, there is no smell, it dry's very quickly. and the Carpets and Clean. Actually Saturday was the best experience that I have ever had with your company, your representative was excellent. I would ask you to have him give me a call as he had given me advice on where to go and get stuff for my tile, as to fill in the holes that mystically appeared, but I am not sure what your policy is on that, as I forgot where he told me to go, and what to ask for. It would also be nice if you could send me a reminder every year to set up an appointment, as I do get my carpets cleaned every fall after the dust storms settle down and before winter visitors arrive. Ok I did not last year as I forgot all about it until they arrive and then it was to late. Thank you again and keep up the great work. Your reprehensive/technician deserves a raise. Or at least Share this with him as he deserves to know what a great job and person he truly is.

I did not receive a 15 minute call ahead but the technician was very friendly and helpful. However this is the second time I have had them out and they were unable to remove minor pet odors from my carpet although it is relatively new. In addition the rest of the carpet does not smell very clean.
Friendly and professional staff. Quick and effective service left my carpets clean and looking like new. They were even able to get some stains out!
Dillon cleaned my carpets, I give him an 11, excellent service and product.
I will know better tomorrow how the carpets cleaned up as I won't see the results until then. I will say that the txvhnician, Jake, was very knowledgable and personable. I'm assuming when the carpets dry they will be great. I'll use Zerorez again as the experience was easy Jake was great.

I feel complete satisfaction each time Zerorez cleans our carpets. The way it looks and maintains cleanliness is far above other carpet cleaners. Any spots we may have are eliminated and don't return like other cleaners. Our last technician, John, actually surpassed my expectations. He was so knowledgable, friendly and wanting to make sure I was happy with the service. Zerorez is the only company I use.
