I've always heard good things about ZeroreZ and they were who I turned to when I needed the carpets cleaned in my new home. They showed up ahead of schedule which is great, except I was later than expected with my move and hadn't shown up yet, luckily my brother was there, let them in, and they had all the carpets done by the time I drove across town. They were very kind, professional, patient, and did a wonderful job ensuring we had nice perfectly clean carpets. 5/7 would recommend again!!

The tech was amazing and worked very hard! However, our carpets are crispy (which I know that's part of your advertising that they won't be) and our carpet is still discolored in one of our living rooms in the high traffic area.

There are no harsh chemicals, I was given a 2 hour time frame instead of a 4 hour time frame and the tech was very nice and efficient. He was really great.
I like the fact that you use just water. There is some treatment for heavy spots, but the rest is just water.

The results were fabulous and that my carpet didn’t feel all wet and crunchy when you walked on it.
I just hear great things from John jay and rich because he has animals and there’s no Oder or crunchy carpet left behind and I have both. The smell is still there if not worse because the other 2 rooms never smelled just one room had the issue. I’m just disappointed that I paid extra for the pet disinfectant and it didn’t work. It definitely doesn’t feel like I’m walking on clouds. :(
Easy to schedule, office personnel called back when they had an earlier day and time. Trex was amazing, professional and did a great job. Will certainly use them again and recommend to my friends.
Every darkened area, every edge of carpet and one area that was pointed out to the service man and he did extra cleaning there, still has signs of a spot.

My carpet have never looked so clean! I appreciate how thorough the technician was in explaining the process and keeping me informed throughout the cleaning appointment. He also noticed I was cleaning other areas of the house and recommend the cleaning water which amazed me at how well it worked on my windows and countertop. I’m a fan for life!

Better seam from non-cleaned to cleaned areas. There was a visible line and debris at the border of cleaned area.

So Far, the job appears very good
I didn't get my time window, prior to the date of appointment, because zerorez called the wrong number, I took a whole day off work for nothing. My carpet still looks dirty once it dried, in the past times I used zerorez my carpet looked like new again.
