Friendly, timely, courteous and professional.
We were very happy with our technician Austin. We have used your service before but this was the best cleaning yet. Austin did a great job, was not in a hurry and was very thorough. We would like to request him as our technician from now on if at all possible.
I like the results of clean carpet knowing my cat is safe from chemicals that are harmful. Also I like the service and staff at Zerorez and I will recommend them to my friends and family.
It’s more natural
We had a stain that was less then 3 hours old (our dog pooped right before the technician got here). It didn't run through to the pad, it was just on top and your system did not get the stain out. I went to Safeway and got a $5 carpet cleaner and the stain came right out with very little scrubbing. This does not give me a whole lot of confidence in your cleaning system.
I like your technicians and I love the way my carpet looks when cleaned by Zerorez!
Carpet looks great
The cleaning was very quick. 40 minutes for 4 rooms. The last time I booked it took 1 1/2 hours and looked like it. This time not so much.
Rob was very careful about nat getting water on our wood floors He did a nice job on are carpets
My service technician was professional, courteous, compassionate, caring, made me feel like I was a valued customer. He was highly skilled in the operation of the equipment, and he was very efficient as well. He exceeded my expectations!!!
They were amazing. Took care of dog urine and I was so pleased. Paul was amazing. He took the time to explain everything and how all of the products worked and what products would achieve the result that I wanted. He was absolutely right on his advice. It was such a fast service and my carpets look like new again! Got the pet stains out and heavy traffic areas are clean.

It is very easy to schedule the service and very reasonably priced. The service man was prompt and efficient and appears to have done a good job.

Price quoted was $230.00 for 1couch & loveseat & chair charge was $304.00
The loveseat & chair were not cleaned due to the material & high temp of water
1st time you cleaned the same couch & 4 rooms of carpeting fir $500.00
