I like the idea that when the carpet is done it’s not so wet as with conventional cleaners.

I was so excited to finally get the chance to have Zerorez come to clean my tile floors & grout. A friend was very pleased with her results.
However, I am disappointed. I will also admit, the tile/grout was really dirty. Even though we have no animals or children, it had been some time since I myself got down on my hands & knees to clean it. It still wasn't as bad as some are I would suspect though.
My disappointment lies in that we now have several chips in our tile that were not there previously, there are white chalky like residues in several grout areas in every room along with several areas that look like the dirt was just gathered up & left looking like a spot/stain. The floors felt sticky for days after the appointment.
The entire process took less than 45 minutes, which also surprised me. I didn't think it would be hours but certainly would have thought it would have been a little longer than this.
I had hoped the grimy dirt that accumulates along the baseboards - especially in bathrooms would be removed - it was not. It is better but not what my expectation was of the advertisements that I hear about Zerorez. Even my husband, who is much more tolerable & open-minded about things than me, is disappointed.
At this time I really don't think there is anything you can do to make this right.
