I was super excited to have my shower cleaned and I didn’t even notice one bit of difference once it was done. $150 is a lot to pay for no improvement. The floors and carpet look amazing, but I’m very disappointed about the shower. The tech said it was hard to get in the corners, etc. because of the tool he uses.

I have had this carpet cleaned several times and the cleaner has always followed a definite. pattern. Your cleaner left my carpet in a mess with lines and ruts and the carpet going every which way. Vacuuming has not helped. I may have to have another company come in and redo so that the carpet is not a hodgepodge mess.

The last two times when the technicians have left my carpets definitely were not clean and my schedule didn’t allow me to call to have him come back to take care of it.
I just had to live with it. One time left streaks on my carpet in the main walk paths.
I decided to give zerorez one more try.
This time, Chris was his name I think, did an excellent job. My carpets haven’t looked this good since, I think it was Duaine, many years ago.
My carpets are clean and he actually corrected some of the problems left from the last time. I sincerely hope you can manage to keep him there in the future.
