Service technician was on time, organized, professional and courteous! He gave me chances to ask questions, and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He even explained how to pay the bill using my credit card and phone....haven't done that in the past!. Obviously not very tech savvy, but he explained it well, and I appreciated his assistance.

We would have appreciated it if we were told in advance that the carpets would take 6+ hrs to dry. We couldn't move any of our furniture back cause we were told it would stain. Our tech told us he would leave foam stoppers to put our furniture on to avoid staining but he forgot. We had to check into a hotel for the night since we were unable to move our furniture back. Also, a portrait was shattered doing the cleaning. The carpets looked a little cleaner than before but sadly, it didn't seem to have been a major improvement like the pictures shown online. Despite all this, the tech was very nice and professional throughout this process

The on-line booking process is simple. The cleaning team shows up on time. They did a great job cleaning our carpets while also taking care not to scratch doors, furniture, etc. The house smells great after the job is finished; no odors of cleaning materials/chemicals. I made my payment using my phone based on a text that I received which made paying quick and easy.
I like that my carpet isn't hard and crunchy after they are cleaned. You prices are reasonable so that helps too.
