It’s an expensive wet vacuum, not a true stain cleaning.
No stains ever come out (small coffee spots, for instance) unless the tech is asked to see what they can do (without having to pay extra for other chemicals to be applied), and, even then, there’s often no result.

Had my carpets cleaned yesterday (4/12). Had the traffic areas cleaned and see very little difference after service was done. Your process of the special water and leaving no residue is great, but you have to be able to get the dirt out of carpets. I went to a lot of work moving furniture to allow for the traffic areas to be cleaned and feel now that I wasted my time. I did send pictures in an email and would like for someone to come and see the carpeting to let me know if anything can be done or have my money refunded.

The carpet was very well cleaned and the company representative was knowledgeable, polite and very thorough.
The service is excellent. Bradley was professional, friendly and explained the whole process and left the house clean. He was respectful of my elderly Mom.
The products he used did a wonderful job of pretreating and scrubbing he carpet. It left our old carpet looking like new and refreshed. Love using Zerorez
You didn't disappoint me. Everything was great. Bradley did a wonderful job. However. I have a line in my grass where the hose laid in my yard. I'm not too happy about that.
Also the question you asked was if I would recommend Zerorez to others. Not how you can do better. I don't talk about floor cleaning with my friends/family. If I would recommend and was I disappointed are different issues.

The gentleman who came out to clean our area rugs name was Bradley and he was AMAZING. Super knowledgeable and very very kind. He was fast a efficient in cleaning our space and even explained his process while he worked. He answered all the questions we had and made our rug look brand new again. our shaggy rug was looking a little bit worn, old and we have dogs so it had dog hair and other fuzz all over it, when he was done I couldn't find a single piece of dog hair and the color was brought back to life. It also smelled amazing! I will recommend Zerorez and Bradley to everyone I know! Thank you Zerorez!
