ZeroRez does a great job cleaning my carpets. I’ve always had good experiences with the people who have come to my home. They were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cost of service for water treatment was expensive and missed spots on the couch. Had asked about fabric protector and air duct cleaning when I got the quote buy no follow up. Techs were friendly and one in training. Not their fault it’s the product that did not appear to fully clean couch. Thank you!
Easy to get an appt. Worker very efficient and explain things. Doesnt take very long to get carpets done and are not saturated with water. Drys in no time.

The day of, the service tech Mathew called to say he would be here in 30 minutes.
After checking the carpets he explained the process of removing the pet stains and I had the option to add it or not. He was very professional and did a great job.

The technician did an amazing job on my carpets but my biggest surprise was the beautiful work he did on my tile. It looks like when we moved into our new house. Isaac was the technician and he was prompt, professional and courteous. I will always call Zerorez for my floor care.
Mario and Anthony were awesome! There was an issue that did cause a 2 hour delay, but once they arrived, they were very detailed, explained the process thoroughly and did amazing work. I appreciated the upsell on the grout sealer, but didn't purchase. These two men are great assets to Zerorez and should be acknowledged for the service they provided to me. Thank you!

Very Friendly service, quick and efficient and very satisfied as we have used them before thanks for their friendly service.
I specifically showed with my hands and verbally what I wanted shampooed in my bedroom, but instead, he did all the way around my bed and shampooed virgin carpet, which will now look worse because it’s been shampooed whereas it was perfect before it was never shampooed and not a heavy walking area. Lastly, the carpet in both rooms was fully saturated not enough time was spent extracting the water from the carpet.

I like Zerorez because their work clean, not messy and they team always have a pleasant attitude. I notice when Zerorez comes out, they seem to have learned something different in order to keep up with the cleaning trens and I can appreciate. Continuous learning is very important if you want to be efficient.
