first of all I can't compliment enough the excellent service I received from Michelle; from the moment she called to confirm she was on her way she was professional, personable and extremely competent at her job. Zerorez is an excellent product, however, it can only be fully realized and appreciated with someone like Michelle who delivers excellent service. I thought the pricing was a little high especially when you consider that the office and guest bedroom were minimal in size. Almost felt like a little bait and switch took place at our expense.

It is quick and easy to get an appointment and the tech was in and out quickly. The tech was very friendly and worked hard to get my carpets sparkling! And they don’t stand around and try to upsell like some of the others.

Service guy did an amazing job. He was polite and really seemed to care about what he was doing. Would love to have him come back.

Carpet is not wet for days, typically drys in 4 to 6 hours. Technician arrived on time, were courteous and explained the procedure to us.
I have used Zerorez for several years.
When they have done the tile it looks fabulous and the sand color grout is sand colored again even in the high traffic area of the kitchen.

When booking I knew the SF of the house but was told it was by room. After much confusion, I thought we were good. But when the tech got there, the rooms were too big, so I got charged more. Seems like it would have been much easier to have a SF option…
