The service provider was excellent. He communicated exactly what they were going to do in my home to clean the ducts. Then, he communicated throughout the process. They did a meticulous job preparing for the duct cleaning and then performed the process very efficiently. At the end, he gave me some recommendations on options for filters and frequency of duct cleaning for my home. I was very impressed and will use ZeroRez again for any similar needs.

I liked that I could pay the tech and leave. He turned the lights off and locked up and sent me a message when he was done. It’s a rental that is empty, so it was nice not to have to stay there while he worked. He did a great job.

The disinfectant products used after the duct cleaning service made the place smell nice and fresh. It’s too soon to tell if it will help with my health. But seeing the ducts before and after gave me peace of mind that calling your service was the right call for our house.

We have a silk rug, very hard to clean properly. We haven't received our rug back yet, but Zerorez does inspire confidence that the cleaning will be done properly. For what is involved the price and time frame seem reasonable.
