Rcently I had my carpets cleaned and my air ducts cleaned by Zerorez technicians. Both experiences were pleasant. The technicians arrived on time, explained the processes, asked if I had any questions and went right to work. They each were even willing to do an add-on that I had not scheduled. I was super impressed with the outcomes and the price was so reasonable. My carpets look brand new! So excited that I have alresady recommended Zerorez to friends.

I just moved into a new home and the carpet was in need of a cleaning. I took advantage of a special to get my upstairs cleaned and it came out great. The carpets smelled clean and the majority of the discoloration was gone. There were only a few stains that would not come up but that was expected.
My service guy was very polite and professional and was clear in detailing what was included in the service special. I opted to not pay an extra $75 for the stairs since there are only 12 stairs.
