The technician was honest about how this treatment may or may not work for the pet stains and smell. He took the time to listen to what had happened to our carpet and where and did his own thorough assessment of the area. We didn't have high hopes but the treatment worked and we were able to avoid needing to replace the carpet. Very happy.

Your technician did a great job. The only complaint was that he attempted to clean some hydraulic grease from underneath a chair and instead of just being three black spots we had a yellowish larger circle around them. I did use hydrogen peroxide on that area and it seems to have lightened it up a bit. The carpet is old and will soon be replaced so I wasn't overly concerned about it. But maybe in the future a different product should be used to lift that kind of stain out of the carpet.

Josiah was the technician that came out to do the cleaning, I have used ZEROREZ in the past and have been happy with the service, however Josiah was amazing and did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets and furniture, I will definitely use ZEROREZ again and would be happy if Josiah was the tech who came out!!!
