I had Alex just out to my house this past week to clean, got the 3 room deal and it went fantastic. My aunt told me she had zero trust in zerorez due to past experience…She’s my lease favorite aunt, she’s a grade school teacher and the finger paintings she brings home suck, so I never trust her judgement. I am glad I didn’t, because Alex was as thorough as can be, and honestly was an unbelievable advocate for the cleanliness of our carpets, he should be promoted immediately. His jaw dropping customer service was beyond what can be described in words. I will never even consider another carpet service again.

It's all about the tech. He listened to the problems I have had in the past such too much water left in carpet. He did his best to pull water out and to use large fan.
