I was very pleased with the quick response I received in scheduling the cleaning. Communication was excellent explaining their procedures and asking me what questions I had concerning the job. Mark was a very pleasant worker and was very diligent in the cleaning process. He also gave me some tips to keeping my carpets nice and clean. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly utilize their service again.

On time, called ahead as requested, polite, through, quick, did a great job overall. No complaints. Had a competitive rate plus a discount off that. $50-$100 less than the other estimates we got. Nice online tool to get a price.
