Zerorez exceeded any expectations we could have had for our carpet cleaning. Easy scheduling, great follow up communication to notify us of our time for cleaning, and dedicated attention to our needs when the cleaner came to our house. With care, he put bumpers around wall and door corners to protect from the long, industrial vacuum hose. He also devised a door tarp to keep our cats from escaping the house while our door was kept open for the vacuum hose. The best, though, was witnessing him take on mystery stains with the interest of a musician in an unusual chord. Although we couldn't identify what soiled our carpet, he sampled a solution and came up with a plan. Great work! The room is visibly brighter with a cleaner (also, more sanitary) room. I am very impressed with the quality service brought to us. Thanks, Zerorez.
