Marcus was very professional and arrived when he said he would. He was very respectful about “social distance”. He was very clear about the process, answered questions and went to work. He was very efficient and did a great job. The carpet looked great. Very happy with our service.
The cleaning was great. Some corners were not cleaned but there were lamps in them.
He did not ask that we move them so he could clean them.
Due to social distancing I did not inspect the way I normally would keeping 6 ft away.
He stated he would email the receipt but we did not receive a receipt and the amount he quoted was higher than the estimate as he stated there were more stairs in the home than included in the estimate. I could not see his monitor and he did not offer to put it down and step away so I could see it.
Again we did not receive the receipt which we need to maintain the warranty on our carpet
We thought your employee, Daniel, was prompt, polite and did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpets and explaining what he was going to do.
My tech explained everything and managed all my expectations. He went over pricing to make sure I wasn’t surprised by the final amount. Thank you and I just wanted to say hello to any techs who remember me!
