The serviceman gave me exceptional service cleaning my father-in-law's carpets. He called me about 15 minutes prior to his arrival, as I had requested. Such a nice, congenial gentleman that explained what he was doing and asked if I had questions. He finished two rooms in less than an hour. I was completely satisfied with the carpets when he finished, and the house smelled great. He went over the invoice with me and payment went smooth using my credit card.

About a month ago, I tried another company that was offering a great deal for one room in my home, and the service was not nearly as good and the carpet did not get cleaned as well.

Because of this, I decided to go back to Zerorez for my father-in-law's house. In the future, won't go to anyone else, even if a cheap deal comes my way with a competitor.

Love how well the products work and make my home smell great. Tech did an excellent job!

The professionalism of the staff. I just feel you try to be a step above the normal carpet cleaner. I used to think you were terribly expensive and got tired of everyone trying to upsell. That seems to have gotten better. If you do good work, are competitively priced and are honest and helpful, I will continue to use you and there is no need to try to upsell me. I'm in the service business as well and I just like it when a service technician shows up looking clean cut, professional and knowledgeable.
