Our technician was timely, respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure we were more than happy with the outcome prior to him leaving. We saw an immediate difference in the cleanliness of our carpet and our technician was able remove stains that we assumed would remain. We also had the additional pet treatment done which was great! We did not have pet stains, but there was a lingering odor that is now gone. We are very happy and will absolutely use ZEROREZ again!
