Zerorez went about and beyond for my family! They were able to get a service done the day we booked and even helped with the price. We needed our house cleaned for our son and they made adjustments to their schedule and made it happen that day. We are very thankful that they went above and beyond for us and will recommend them to everyone. It was excellent customer service! Also the cleaner that came to our house was very polite and easy to work with. He completed the job in a timely manner.

I have never been more impressed with Zerorez as I have been this last time!
I had two areas with substantial cleaning needs. Our tech, Tom, came. Gave us several options for the best way to clean the spaces. He was very compassionate and clear in his evaluation. Gave us the pros and cons for each and then proceeded per our choice to clean and sanitize both spaces. He then gave us specific instructions for future. He really knows carpet, cleaning and customers. Then because the job ran late into the evening, his boss called to check on him to make sure he was okay!

We used Zerorez to help us feel comfortable in our new home before we moved in. From the first call, the staff at Zerorez were professional and thorough. We received text updates a few days before and a call when the technicians were on their way; great reminders during a busy time! Our house we purchased hadn’t been well maintained and had pets — lots of pet hair and weird smells. We had carpet and ducts cleaned. The results were what we expected and I feel so much more comfortable moving our family into the house.
