We have used Zerorez three times now. I have always been happy with the service. This time I must sing praises to the technician Carnell D. He called and asked if he could come early. That put me a little behind in my prep for his visit. He was willing to work with me to allow him to start his work and allow me to finish my prep. He was polite, courteous and delivered a great level of customer service. I liked his attitude and demeanor. I told him such before he left. I think the young man has a great future ahead of him. I wanted Zerorez to know this. I have done service calls in the past. I know how hard it can be to run a schedule. The best part is he did a wonderful job. Carpet looks great.
