The staff is always very friendly and respectful. They educated me on the additional services offered and didn't seem pushy. Love the product. Duct cleaning compared to other companies. The dirt and dust is removed instead of moving it around with a brush and leaving it. Carpet cleaning without harsh Chemicals got up every stain left by my pets and kids. Carpet dried fast.
