I had some carpet that had been through the wringer (several pets and many cleanings) and decided to try the Zerorez flooring division when I was ready to replace it with Laminate flooring. I thought the bid was thorough and easy to understand and received exactly what I was promised and then some!

The workspace was left as it was found and when I had concern with how my baseboards looked after being replaced much lower, leaving a crease in the wall, it was corrected promptly without charge.

The technicians always do a great job... The citrus pre clean agent smells wonderful. The carpet is always left feeling soft, and almost dry... Not sopping wet, like all the other companies we have used in the past.
