They allowed me to book rather last-minute during a very busy time of the year to accommodate a new move. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job and were able to work around house cleaners who were also in the home at the time. It was most appreciated. Cleaners were extremely friendly. My rugs look brand new! I would definitely recommend them anyone. Several of my friends and family also use them.

Zerorez was everything they advertise, and more. They were prompt, personal, and professional. The job was completed in less than 1 hour and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The techs are always professional. My carpet feels clean and not sticky. I've used ZEROEZ for many years and I've only had a small area redone. It wasn't their fault though. They always stand behind their work. Very honest company to work with.

Quick process, definitely lightens the carpet.
I liked how easy it was to set up service. The customer service representatives on the phone were extremely nice to talk to. Lastly, I liked the professionalism and politeness of the cleaning representatives.
Arrived on time. Very efficient. Our 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs are clean. No residue left. Soft carpet. Not like old carpet cleaning services we have had in the past, which left a stiff carpet with residue.
