Fantastic cleaning of my carpets!

The technician called ahead of time to let me now he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly, came in to look at what was going to be cleaned and he wasted no time in doing a professional job cleaning our carpets and stairs. I asked him what his name was, it would have been nice for him to have given me his name when he first arrived. No big deal.
After he had cleaned our carpets he asked if I wanted him to apply a protectant. I asked him how much that would be and he gave me a price based on the areas he had cleaned. The price seemed reasonable and then there was a 20% promo discount.

When I received a detailed invoice and receipt of payment, I noticed that there was a "free" fiber protection of one area. This wasn't disclosed to me when he first asked me about applying a fiber protectant. Nor did the person who set up our cleaning. So in effect, the price I was quoted to apply the protectant was actually for 2 areas not three. No big deal but open disclosure builds confidence that your pricing is transparent.

He walked through the rooms with us, focused on stains and high traffic areas, and after he was done he went back over those areas to show us how well they'd turned out. Very happy with the service and thought the price for all of the areas we had cleaned was very reasonable!

Tom was very thorough cleaning my carpets. There were puppy stains on my carpet & he did a great job - he got most of the stains out. On the stains he couldn’t get out they are hardly noticeable.
