Quality and service. Our technician, Michael Rodriguez, kept us updated on his arrival. He performed his duties in a very professional and congenial way, offering suggestions when appropriate. We also sent him off with two area rugs for cleaning.

We use zerorez every year for carpet cleaning. The technicians are always friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable. We are always happy with the job they do!

I just had a reservice, but I never asked him his name. From his phone call through the entire process he was polite, friendly, professional, and made sure the job was done correctly, AND he wasn't even the original technician. I know these guys don't get paid for reservices, but his attitude is what should be the front of this company. I threw in a tip because he very much deserved it. I'm going to contact management to make sure he gets recognition, plus, he fixed the carpet issue we had!

great technician!! always do a tremendous job...my chair and sectional look and smell beautiful and hopefully reducing the dust for my severely allergic daughter...Will have them come back every 6 months to clean our carpets too. Love their cleaning agents and the fact that everything dries so quickly so no mold. The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable - super impressed and then the 20% was so nice - I didn't realize that was going to be applied. Truly worth the money.

AMAZING! Dillon was excellent in communicating his suggestion for treatment for pet stains, which I did go with. He was very thorough and polite, wore his face mask, covered shoes, gloves, etc.! WONDERFUL! My carpet looks almost new again after 15 years!!!! And no "crunchy" soapy feeling when it was done and drying. I highly recommend Zerorez!!!

Very polite service gentleman. On time. He even called to see if he could come early! Love it. My carpets look brand new and my house smells clean again. Two cats, a new puppy, and a seven year old I’m sure you can imagine the messes!

Even though he ran late, Christopher did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. Do not believe the carpet has looked this good since it was installed 15 years ago. Christopher was very professional and personable. Could not be happier. Would recommend Christopher and Zerorez in a heart beat.
